Our in-house plastic coating processes is one of the last remaining traditional examples of its type. Able to coat small and large batch products in an assortment of plastics, ranging from your common polyethylene to your more exotic PPAs, we are one of the few establishments left to still operate in a non automated manner.
Our skilled finishers are passionate about ensuring that this staple of British manufacturing moves forwards with the modern era, whilst still maintaining traditional values and quality.
Complimenting our own plastic coating processes, we work closely with local powder coating companies to provide dry and wet sprayed two-pac paints. This enables us a greater range of colours to choose from while also providing a thinner finish that is less intrusive on dimension-critical assemblies.
We also offer in-house vinyl wrapping and signage solutions for that extra finishing touch.
